Mass-import for Black-/Whitelist Mail/Domains

Currently, blacklists and whitelists can only be maintained manually, with a separate rule required for each individual email address. This approach is especially inconvenient and inefficient when handling a large volume of email addresses.

Therefore, I would like to request the implementation of a mass import feature for example, via CSV upload or an API to enable easier and more efficient management of blacklists and whitelists.
